Lambeth Cake Decorating Class
Step Back in time with Merryday's Lambeth Piping buttercream class. In this beginner friendly class we will provide your cake, and you will learn how to stack, crumb coat, and ice your cake. Then the focus is all on the piping and decorating. Learn about a range of piping tips and the effects they create. You will learn the correct method in producing the perfect pressure and bag work. Adorn with your choice of cherries and/or bows. Take home your creation in a box to share with friends and family, and also enjoy exclusive discounts in store on the day of your class.

On the day of your class:Please arrive 5 minutes before class. If you have an evening class the best parking is out the back of our shop (Pass our store, turn left into the alley way after the bridal shop). Feel free to bring a pen and paper or an apron if you wish. We can also supply these for you. For safety reasons, please wear closed toe shoes as you will be in a kitchen environment. Our classes are full of information, fun, friendly, and relaxed. Most importantly, enjoy every moment! See you there.
