Bakels Sprink Release Agent Cooking Spray is a premium commercial grade all purpose baking release agent made from refined and deodorised canola oil and lecithin which is ideal for coating baking surfaces including cake tins, baking sheets and moulds.
The spray valve and propellant are perfectly balanced to deliver a very thin film which allows a complete and clean release even with cakes & confectionery containing a high sugar content.
