Professional Edible Colouring Gel
Ready to use, simply mix into fondant, buttercream, dough, royal icing, macarons and more for intense, VIVID colour!
The gel itself appears as a very deep, dark red or violet-red, almost similar to a deep maroon or magenta-burgundy. The colour can deepen over time, so it is often recommended to make the icing a day before it is needed to reach the true shade.
